PURPOSE:To obviate. damaging of patterns and chipping of patterns in spite of washing with a brush, etc., as colored layers exclusive of the desired patterns are removed after development by incorporating body pigments into a part of pigments. CONSTITUTION:The body pigments are incorporated into a part of the pigments of the photosensitive coloring compsn. essentially consisting of an acrylic resin, pigments, dispersants, photopolymerizable monomer, photopolymn. initiator and solvent. The body pigments are exemplified by barium sulfate, barium carbonate, coal carbonate powder, silica powder, basic magnesium carbonate, alumina white, gross white, etc., which are properly selected. The color filters 10 are formed by using such photosensitive coloring compsn. The color filters 10 usually exist on a transparent substrate and transparent electrodes 9 are disposed on the color filters 10. The transparent electrodes 9 are disposed on the transparent substrate 11 and the color filters exist thereon in some cases. |
