<p>PURPOSE:To project a spike from and accommodate it within the surface of a tire by using oil pressure or atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 2 and an oil pressure regulator 3 on the bottom part of a spike 1 are filled inside with oil by passing an oil letting-flow pipe from the cylinder 2 to the oil pressure regulator 3. Thereafter, the spike 1 is projected from and accommodated within the surface of a tire by regulating the oil pressure.</p> |
