PURPOSE:To enable a signal of a subject for measurement to be observed under triggering conditions that suit applications by selecting either a signal of the subject for measurement, which is inputted from an input terminal, or an output from a band-rejection filter. CONSTITUTION:A setting means controls band-rejection switching means 2, 2', and a signal of a subject for measurement, which is inputted from an input terminal 1, is passed through a band-rejection filter 3 to eliminate its high-frequency noise components, and is outputted from an output terminal 7. When a band-rejected signal is inputted to a measuring system, a trigger input switch means 4 is controlled 6 to select either the input signal (A) or the band-rejected signal (B) for input to a trigger circuit 5. When the signal (A) (or (B)) is selected, the time at which the signal (A) (or (B)) has reached a trigger level is also determined as a trigger point. An observer provides inputs to the means 6 so as to set which of the signals (A) and (B) is to be selected and whether or not the signal of the subject for measurement is to be passed through the filter 3. |
