PURPOSE:To collect the accurate sales till the deadline by dividing the sales collection memory into two areas and updating the contents of the 2nd storage area to the contents of the 1st storage area on the deadline. CONSTITUTION:A collection management part 9 is constructed on a sales control part 1 consisting of microcomputers. On the deadline at the end of the month, a sales collection management part 9 writes the sales of this month in the 1st storage area A of a sales collection memory 6. The sales of the last month is held in the 2nd storage area B of the memory 6. When the part 9 detects the coming of deadline at the end of the month, it clears the contents of the 1st storage area A in preparations for the sales collection for this month by rewriting the contents of the 2nd storage area B into the sales of the last month written in the area A. The part 9 detects the indication of the sales collection and outputs the contents of the 2nd storage area B as sales. |
