摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a conductive paste to be fired at high temperature and light transmissive conductive film which provide sufficient conductivity and light ray transmittance. CONSTITUTION:Conductive paste contains transparent glass frits, solvent, and needle-like indium-tin oxide fine powder having the longer diameter 5mum or longer and the ratio of the longer diameter to the shorter diameter 5 or more, and the volume ratio of the needle-like indium-tin oxide fine powder to the glass frits is set to be from 10:90 to 50:50. A light transmissive conductive film contains needle-like indium-tin oxide fine powder and glass and the specific resistance of the film is 5.0OMEGA.cm or lower.
