PURPOSE:To provide a piezoelectric device with high reliability which is suitable for a piezoelectric actuator such as an excellent characteristic piezoelectric bimorph. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a piezoelectric device having a structure where an intermediate electrode 15 of a metal plate is held between piezoelectric ceramic plates 11, 12 including electrodes formed on surfaces thereof. An electrode 13 of the surface of the piezoelectric device bonded to the intermediate electrode 15 is divided into a plurality of substructures and bonded with a bonding agent. For the shoe of each divided substructure a parallel strip is desirable. Hereby, air bubbles and gaps are prevented from being formed in the electrodes upon the bonding. |
