PURPOSE: To perform folding operation to a specific page without damage to a printed sheet, by making the collecting and cutting drum of a five-times drum cooperate with a stick needle set, a corresponding cutting thread piece, and a solid folding sticking, and corresponding cutting thread piece drum of four-times drum having a rotating folding blade. CONSTITUTION: A solid drum 16 is used as a corresponding cutting sticking needle set carrier 26, to receive the high cutting force of a collecting and cutting drum 2.
