PURPOSE:To minimize oscillation even at the unladen time and to decrease single-flow by providing a plural number of translots to make a radius of curvature of a tread surface of a pneumatic type solid tire smaller than in the past, to incline it at a large angle against a tire equator and to change a direction between the equator and a tread edge. CONSTITUTION:A tire 1 is furnished with a ring cap rubber layer 4 arranged on its radial direction outside and forming a tread surface 4A, and a radius of curvature RT of the tread surface 4A on a meridian section in the state where the tire 1 is installed on a normal rim is set as 250mm or more and 450mm or less. Two pieces of longitudinal grooves and a plural number of translots 6 extending from a tread edge E to its nearby longitudinal grooves are provided on the tread surface 4A, and the translots 6 are constituted of inside groove parts extending from top parts of the longitudinal grooves 17 in the tire axial direction inclined at an angle theta2 of 45 deg. or more and 70 deg. or less against a tire equator C and outside groove parts open at the tread edge E by sharply bending from its tire axial direction outside and extending toward the tread edge E at an angle theta1. |
