PURPOSE:To allow smooth and positive uninterruptible switching and switch back of a distribution line in safety even if a hot-line connection is made. CONSTITUTION:A clamp type current sensor DCT is fixed immediately below the load side of a section switch PAS-2 for a distribution line having the secondary connected through a current signal transmitting means ISM to a line side current detecting section LID in a power supply section PPS. A current (distribution line side current) detected at the line side current detecting section LID is fed to a line side power detecting section LPD where it is synthesized. When uninterruptible switching of the power supply section PPS is made with respect to the distribution line, a load side connection cable FCB is connected in hot-line to farther load side than the clamp type current sensor DCT fixed to the load side of the section switch PAS-2. |
