<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a mounting device in which an irregularity in the height of a tape lead is made extremely small with reference to the horizontal criterion inside a tape running system when a rotary-head drum is replaced or the like. CONSTITUTION:While a lower drum 200 is placed on a jig 33 so as to be turned and adjusted in the circumferential direction, a criterion height H, in a tape lead 203 which has been formed in advance on the lower drum 200 is detected, a criterion height position P5 is set, and a member 32 to be positioned is mounted in a positioning criterion position P6 at a prescribed phase angle theta4. with reference to the criterion height position P5. After that, the lower drum 200 is placed on a drum mounting face on a chassis, and the lower drum is fastened onto the drum mounting face in a state that the member 32 to be positioned on the lower drum has been positioned in the positioning criterion position on the drum mounting face.</p> |
