PURPOSE:To realize sure setting by mechanically setting a cushion cover onto the molding surface of a lower mold at the integral molding of the cushion cover and cushioning pad. CONSTITUTION:Under the state that the rear surface facing upwards, the whole peripheral edge part of a cushion cover 21 is held at the upper edge face 22a of the molding surface 22b of a lower mold with a first holding jig 11. Next, by swelling out the cushion cover 21, upwards through the introduction of pressure gas in the lower mold, the swollen-out peripheral part 21a of tire cushion cover 21 is held with second holding jigs 16. After that, the introduction of pressure gas is stopped and the swollen-out peripheral edge part 21a of the cushion cover 21 is arranged through the second holding jigs 16 along the peripheral edge part of the bottom part of the molding surface 22b of the lower mold. Finally, by evacuating the gas from the lower mold, the cushion cover 21 is brought into close contact with the molding surface 22b of the lower mold. |
