PURPOSE:To obtain a thermosetting resin composition moldable into a molding having characteristics of heat resistance, mechanical strength and flame retardance, providing a molding free from elution/bleedout of a frame-retardant. CONSTITUTION:(A) This flame-retardant thermosetting resin composition is obtained by adding 4-50wt.% based on the composition of an ammonium polyphosphate coated with melamine to a thermosetting resin. (2) This flame- retardant thermosetting resin composition is a composition in which the thermosetting resin is a resin containing a glycidyl group, an isocyanate group, a methylol group or aldehyde group. (3) This flame-retardant thermosetting resin composition in which an ammonium polyphosphate coated with melamine having the surface of ammonium polyphosphate particles coated with 0.5-20wt.% based on ammonium polyphosphate of melamine is used as the ammonium polyphosphate coated with melamine. |
