PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a toner shielding thin plate member to a photoreceptor, enhance the toner shielding effect, and suppress a reduction in image quality accompanying defect of toner shielding function. CONSTITUTION:In a belt photoreceptor 1, its base body is formed of a magnetic material, a thin plate member 18 is formed of an elastic sheet, and its free end part is in contact onto the photoreceptor 1 to interrupt the toner scattered from a developing part 9. A magnet 19 for uniforming this contact is struck to the back surface part of the thin plate member 18. |
