PURPOSE:To stably detect the pouring height of a beverage including a carbonated beverage into a container with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic transmitter-receiver 54 emitting an ultrasonic wave to the beverage 52 including a carbonated beverage poured into a beverage container 53 from a beverage automatic quantification and pouring device and receiving the reflected sonic wave thereof is provided and the transmitting- receiving interval from the point of time when an ultrasonic wave is emitted to the point of time when the reflected sonic wave thereof is received is measured and the pouring height given as the quantity proportional to this interval is operated by a pouring main control part 60 to be calculated.
