<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an installation struction of an electromotive driving unit to a lamp housing capable of attempting the quick installation of the electromotive driving unit to the lamp housing and security reliable of sealing work. CONSTITUTION:A lighting apparatus for vehicles has an optical axis adjusting mechanism 33 to slantly drive a reflector 32 in a lamp housing 39 and the optical axis adjusting mechanism 33 has an adjusting screw 37 which is laid between the rear wall 35 of the lamp housing 30 and the reflector 32 and moved back and forth and an electromotive driving unit 47 which is fixed on the rear wall 35 and drives the adjusting screw 37 to slantly drive the reflector automatically. An open part 50 to guide, to the outside a terminal pin 52 which is connected, through a connector connecting part 51, to a connector for supplying electricity to the electromotive driving unit 47, is formed at a position in the rear wall 35 where the electromotive driving unit 47 is arranged, and an O-ring 60 to seal the open part 50 is fixed to the lamp housing 30 of the electromotive driving unit 47 and at the same time it is brought in pressure contact with and fixed to the circumferential wall part of the opening.</p> |
