<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the dislodgment of particles by incorporating lightweight calcium carbonate, alumina and melamine formamide condensate respectively at 0.01 to 4wt.% on the bases of the wt. of the polyester into the film. CONSTITUTION: The lightweight calcium carbonate having an average grain size of 0.01 to 3μm and the lightweight calcium carbonate having an average grin size of 0.005 to 3μm and Mhos hardness of >=7 as an inorg. lubricant and the melamine formamide condensate having an average grain size of 0.005 to 3μm are added at the film-forming polyester respectively at ratios of 0.01 to 4wt.% on the basis of the weight of the polyester, by which the affinity between the lubricating particles, etc., described above and the polyester is greatly improved and the surface characteristics, scratching and wear resistance of the produced film are exceedingly improved.</p> |
