SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enhance reliability, especially high temperature durability, of a solid electrolytic capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A conductive polymer compound layer 3 and a conductive paste layer 4 are formed sequentially on the oxide coating 2 of a metal 1 and then the entirety is coated with a resin 8 to produce a solid electrolytic capacitor. It is also provided with outer electrodes 5a, 5b and an antioxidant 14 is scattered to the compound layer 3 or the paste layer 4 or to the interface thereof.
