PURPOSE:To facilitate the work by providing a projection on the end edge part of one metallic sheet, and pushing the projection into the end edge part of the other metallic sheet in pushing and bending the end edge part to dispense with the troublesome operation of positioning. CONSTITUTION:An end edge part 21 which is folded back to the acute angle is formed on a first metallic sheet 5. Projections 11, are arranged in the longitudinal direction with the prescribed interval. An end edge part 22 which is folded back to the acute angle is formed on a second metallic sheet 9. The metallic sheets are overlapped so that the end edge parts 21, 22 may be opposite to each other, and the first and the second metallic sheets 5, 9 are integratedly joined by pushing and bending the overlapped end edge parts 21, 22. A projection 11 is provided on the end edge part 21 of either metallic sheet 5, and when the end edge parts 21, 22 are pushed and bent, the projection 11 is forcibly pushed into the end edge part 22 of the other metallic sheet 9 to form a plastically deformed part 13. This constitution surely prevents the positional deviation. |
