PURPOSE:To efficiently suck and exclude the air between the surface of a hollow member and a skin sheet without exerting no effect on the hollow part of the hollow member so as to prevent the change of the pressure in the hollow member and the deformation of the hollow member. CONSTITUTION:Ribs 8 are formed to a core material being a hollow member by depressing the predetermined parts of a rear wall 7 toward a surface wall 5 to weld the same to the surface wall 5. Fine holes 17 are bored in the welded parts of the ribs 8 of the core material l by drilling so as to pierce the welded parts. A skin sheet 18 softened under heating is opposed to the surface of the core material 1 and the air between the surface of the core material 1 and the skin sheet 18 is sucked and excluded to closely bond and laminate the skin sheet 18 to the surface of the core material 1.
