PURPOSE:To quickly and accurately input received data to an information processor without deteriorating the receiving characteristics and portability of an individual call receiver. CONSTITUTION:The individual call receiver 1 has an infrared-ray emitting part 12 for converting received data into an infrared-ray signal and an IC card 2 inserted into a card slot 30 in a computer 3 has a light receiving part 20 for receiving the infrared-ray signal. Received data received by the receiver 1 are transmitted to the IC card 2 by using infrared rays as a medium and data reproduced from the card 2 are input bed to the computer 3.
