<p>PURPOSE:To perform constant purchase/sale power control smoothly and full- automatically from lowest load to highest load while coordinating a steam turbine generator and a gas turbine generator with no intervention of operator and without causing any disturbance. CONSTITUTION:In the constant purchased/sale power control method for a generator comprising a steam turbine generator (2-25) and a gas turbine generator (2-26) connected with same transmission line, PI and I control systems (2-4) and (2-5) are employed, respectively, for the control systems on the steam and gas turbine generator sides. When the steam turbine generator (2-25) reaches limit operation, a bias output of reverse polarity from the control system on the steam turbine generator (2-26) is added (2-10) to the control system on the gas turbine generator side thus altering the load being born by both turbine generators.</p> |
