PURPOSE:To provide a method for prevention of dew condensation in an automatic malt-making machine, useful for solid culture mainly in enzymatic industry or brewing industry. CONSTITUTION:An air circuit (7) is formed inside the insulating material constituting a culture chamber to construct an adiabatic system and hot air is supplied to the air circuit to prevent dew condensation on the surface of the inside wall of the culture chamber. The temperature of the hot air and the temperature on the surface of the inside wall of the culture chamber are measured by a sensor (3) and a sensor (4) respectively and both or one of the temperature of the hot air and the temperature on the surface of the inside wall of the culture chamber is controlled to a condition capable of preventing dew condensation on the surface of the inside wall of the culture chamber. |
