PURPOSE:To improve the flexibility of a ritz wire and improve the effectiveness of a loosening preventive function by sticking a plurality of elemental enamel wires with a soft, ultraviolet-ray curable resin and at the same time forming a hard ultraviolet-ray curable resin reinforcing layer on the outer circumference of the ritz wire. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of elemental polyurethane enamel wires 1 are prepared and they are coiled on a bobbin, sent out by a sending out apparatus 2, and gathered and stranded to give a stranded wire 4 by a gathering and stranding apparatus 3. Then, the gaps among the elemental wires are filled with a soft, ultraviolet-ray curable resin coating 6 whose Shore D hardness is 50 or less after curing by leading the stranded wire 4 into the inside of a first ultraviolet-ray curable resin coating tank 5 and then the wire is led to pass a first ultraviolet-ray radiating apparatus 7 to cure the resin coating. After that, the outer circumference of the stranded wire 4 impregnated and coated with the coating 6 is impregnated and coated with an ultraviolet-ray curable resin coating 9 whose Shore D hardness is 75 or higher after curing by leading the stranded wire 4 into the inside of a second ultraviolet-ray curable resin coating tank 8 and then the wire is led to pass a second ultraviolet-ray radiating apparatus 10 to cure the resin coating 9 and the resulting wire is coiled by a coiling apparatus 12. |
