<p>PURPOSE:To provide a novel dental resin floor corrected in shrinkage strain at the time of the polymerization curing of a resin and perfectly coinciding with the surface of the mucous membrane in the oral cavity. CONSTITUTION:A dental resin floor has such a structure that a plurality of resin pellets 10 having a size exceeding the thickness of the thin-walled part 3 constituting at least a palate part are incorporated in the thick-walled part 2 constituting an alveolus part and is produced by arranging a plurality of the resin pellets 10 to the thick-walled part 2 and charging a resin for a dental floor in a casting mold to polymerize the same and releasing the molded resin from the mold. In addition to this, a means applying a specific pressure to the thin-walled part 3 of the casting mold at least from a core side or replacing the casting mold at least corresponding to the pressurized part with a precooled casting mold at the time of pressurization is used. Furthermore, a means immersing the casting mold in a wax removing material different from wax in specific gravity and having compatibility with respect to the casting mold in a molten state and constituting the separation layer in a solidified state to remove wax is selectively used.</p> |
