PURPOSE:To provide a heat exchanger capable of restricting an increasing in aeration resistance and its cost, increasing a heat exchanging area and improving a heat exchanging efficiency by a method wherein an irregular fin configuration and an irregular heat exchanging pipe arrangement are employed. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a plurality of fins 1 arranged in side-by-side relation while being spaced apart in an narrow clearance from each other and a plurality of heat exchanging pipes 8 arranged to be crossed at a right angle with these fins, having both ends being projected from fins located at both ends and in parallel from each other. The fins are bent and formed in a zig-zag form along a longitudinal direction, the heat exchanging pipes are inserted into and fitted to the bent parts 2 of the fins, thereby the heat exchanging pipes are displaced along a longitudinal direction of the fins step-by-step against the positions alternatively staggered in the width direction of the fins. |
