PURPOSE:To dispense with the enhancement of the control accuracy of the amt. of a facing rough molding material and to make the lacked part of the inner and outer peripheral parts of a facing hard to generate. CONSTITUTION:A clutch disc 20 is integrally molded by bonding an annular facing rough molding material 21 to both surfaces of an annular center plate 22 under heating and pressure within the annular space formed by a frame mold 3, the press mold 2 fitted in the frame mold 3 in a slidable manner and a pair of the cores 4, 5 split up and down arranged on the inner periphery side of the frame mold 3 and the press mold 2. In this method, the frame mold 3, the press mold 2 and the cores 4, 5 are arranged so that gaps 12-14 are formed between the outer peripheral surfaces of the cores 4, 5 and the circumferential parts of the pressure surfaces 8a, 7a of the frame mold 3 and the press mold 2 to bond the facing rough molding material 21 to both surfaces of the center plate 22 under heating and pressure. |
