PURPOSE:To obtain a composition for shampoo capable of exhibiting rinsing effect without using a silicone oil which has some trouble in a physiological safety and satisfying all conditions concerning glossiness and softness of hair, running of a comb through hair, conditioning and foaming. CONSTITUTION:This composition for a shampoo contains a surfactant and isostearic acid, oleic acid or their mixture, etc. The composition is further compounded with 0.1-20.0wt.% of a >=12C fatty acid which is liquid at room temperature and 0.1-5.0wt.% of a hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium choride ether of gum guaiac, which is a 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride addition derivative of gum guaiac and adjusted to pH <=8.0. |
