PURPOSE:To provide an inching device for an industrial vehicle capable of simplifying its structure without damaging the inching traveling function. CONSTITUTION:An industrial vehicle having an automatic transmission is provided with a brake pedal 19 for braking a vehicle, a variable resistor 20 whose resistance is continuously changed corresponding to the step-on quantity of the brake pedal 19, and a traveling direction switch 22 to be operated by a shift lever to switch the traveling direction. A proportional electromagnetic select valve for controlling the direction of the pressurized fluid and the flow rate is provided between a hydraulic clutch and a hydraulic pump. The directional control of the pressurized fluid is realized by the proportional electromagnetic select valve based on the signal from the traveling direction switch 22, and the opening control is realized by the proportional electromagnetic select valve based on the signal from the variable resistor 20. |
