The piezoelectric ceramics is manufactured by (a) preparing the solid solution A of ((Zr(x)Ti(1-x))2O after mixing zirconia and titania, (b) pulverizing the solid solution A with the high energy milling machine, (c) preparing the solid solution B of yPb((Zr(x)Ti(1-x))O3-ZCa((Zr(x)Ti(1-x))O3, where 0.48<=x<=0.56, 0.95<=y<=0.97, 0.03<=z<=0.05, y+z=1, after mixing the solid solution A powder, lead oxide and calcium carbonate, (d) pulverizing the solid solution B with the high energy milling machine, (e) sintering the solid solution fine powder at 850-1,000 deg.C in the reductive atmosphere of nitrogen gas.
