The dielectric resonator for high frequency is manufactured by (a) coating the surface of the ceramic dielectric powder with inorganic polymer such as Al(OC4H9)3 or colloid such as colloidal silica or inorganic polymer-colloid mixture having the weight ratio of 21.13-84.52:5.1-10.14 by sol-gel method, (b) drying the coated dielectric powder, calcinating and molding it, (c) sintering the molded body at low temperature by the viscous sintering method.
