METHOD FOR PREPARING ACTIRATED SLAG POWDER FOR NONSEPARABLE CEMENT COMPOSITION USED FOR MAKING UNDERWATER CONCRETE

The activated slag fine powder for nonseparable cement in underwater construction is prepared by (a) mixing 4-10 wt parts sodium hydroxide and 3-7 wt parts III type anhydrite against 100 wt parts water and dissolving the mixture to make the solution, (b) mixing 30-40 wt parts the solution against 100 wt parts granular blast furnace slag before pulverization, stirring, maturing and drying it, (c) pulverizing the dried body to the powder of 4,000-5,000 cm2/g.
