The natural organic compound fertilizer is produced by blending a fermented human excrement, fowl dropping, rice hulls, rice bran oil meal with a seaweed, bone dust and saw dust, and adding a sodium dicarbonate, an iron sulphate, a silicone, an aluminium oxide and an essential nutrient in the plant growth to the blends. The fertilizer provides soil improuement of the acid soil, and multiplication and reactivation of effective microorganisms in the soil.
