The seal has a has a front face (1) behind which are two elastic arms (2, 3) which end in lugs (4, 5). These lugs clip behind the edges of the plastics facing on the panels. The arms of the seal are curved to fit the curved edges of the plastics facing on the panels. The lugs are designed to hook against the edge of the facing and exert traction on the seal, holding it against the panel facings. The lugs can be shaped so that they slope the opposite way to the front face. The seal is made of plastics, composite material or a metal alloy.
