PURPOSE:To obtain the musical sound control unit which provides new musical performance effect without generating a musically inharmonious and harsh musical sound. CONSTITUTION:Once a mix switch 2b is turned ON, a microcomputer part 3 judges whether or not the same timbre is assigned to respective sound generation channels 5a and 5b, and when the same timbre is assigned, detuning is performed by increasing or decreasing the center pitch of the musical sound outputs of the sound generation channels 5a and 5b. Then a sound source 5 mixes the detuned musical sound signals to synthesize a musical sound wherein one shot sound is formed of plural timbres. |
