PROCESS CONTROL METHOD WHEN PRODUCING BOARD LIKE PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To provide a process control method when producing a board like product being capable of readily and precisely recognizing process control information required by taking a glance at the board like product. CONSTITUTION:To provide process control information at the end face 4 of a printed wiring board 1 as a board like product manufactured through a plurality of processes. The process control information includes lines A1, A2...F1 as codes showing the work contents of each process and the end of work. These lines A1, A2...F1 are marked at a predetermined position of the end face 4 of the printed wiring board 1.
