<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the deviations of the characteristic impedances among signal wirings, regardless of the positions and pitch of the signal wirings and the angle formed by ground wirings and the signal wirings, by forming the ground wirings into the shape of a lattice, and making specific the relation of the width of the ground wirings to the width of the signal wirings against the opening ratio of the lattice. CONSTITUTION:Ground wirings G1 and G2 and signal wirings S1, and S2 and S3 are provided with insulating layers 14 between, and form strip line construction. When the ground wirings are arranged in the shape of a lattice, and Wg, Sg and Ws represent the width of the ground wirings, the interval of the lattice, and the width of the signal wirings respectively, the relation of the wiring width ratio Ry=Wg/Ws against the opening ratio Rx [%] of the lattice is made to be the following represented by the next equation. Ry<=25.98XRx<-0.3871>-4.370, where Rx={Sg/(Wg+Sg)}<2>X100. The maximum deviation of the characteristic impedances of the signal wirings is made less than 10%, even if it is largest by designing a circuit on the condition of satisfying this equation.</p> |
