PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing a composite material part having a central hollow body with ailerons fixed thereto. CONSTITUTION: Peripheral mandrels 1,... having two mutual contact faces 4, 6, a face 2 being fixed to a central hollow body, and two aileron fixing faces 3, 7 being fixed to the mutual contact faces 4, 6, respectively, are jointed while pairing the mutual contact faces 4, 6 such that the fixing faces themselves form a continuous face thus obtaining an assembly. A filament is then wound around the assembly and the winding 10 is cut off. Subsequently, the assembly is dismantled and the peripheral mandrels 1,... are pressed against a central mandrel 16 such that the aileron fixing faces 3, 7 face each other while being paired. |
