The procedure relates to a sales method and use for cleaning goods for domestic use. The cleaning goods, which hitherto were only available for business use, can also be marketed to be domestic consumer by changing the sales method. These products will then be supplied in plastic packs of different, small sizes, can be refilled directly and also provide the possibility of providing only, for example, one dl of cleaning product in a litre bottle, if this amount is sufficient for the consumer. It is also possible for the packaging to be returned for a fixed deposit. The products are supplied in an environmentally friendly form; since these products are mixed or diluted, excessive use of substances which are hazardous to our environment is limited as far as possible.
