Laminated card

To print an underlay with an iridescent or hologram, three-dimensional effect, the layer carrying the particulars is printed on both sides in mono- or multi-colours. A thin film, as an iridescent or hologram film, is applied to at least one side of the printed layer, and both layers are bonded together as an inner laminate. A laminating pocket is placed round the inner laminate, and all the sides and edges are laminated together under pressure and at controlled temp.
