The porous layer (9) is filled or saturated with oil. A cleaning part (5) cleans the application part (7). A transmission or transfer material with a non-fixed toner image is detected and delivered by the fixing roller and the rotating part (4). The non-fixed toner image is fixed on the transmission material using heat and pressure.
