To ream a localised region in a piece it is rotated around a horizontal axis (Oy) of a cylindrical region having a radius Rp. The external contour of a reamer Rw is placed in contact with the cylindrical region of the piece at a working point (P). The reamer rotates about an axis (O'Z') intercepting (O') a first transverse axis (Ox) of the piece which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and which it intercepts (o). The rotation axis is parallel to the longitudinal axis and to a second transverse axis (Oz) of the piece, perpendicular to the first transverse axis, and to the longitudinal axis, intercepting them both. The rotation axis makes an angle with the second transverse axis. |
