NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R1 an R2 are H or protecting group; X is methylene which may contain lower alkyl or S; R3 is lower alkyl and when X is S, R3 is further H or protecting group; Y is group shown by formula II or ZCOR6; R4 an R5 are H or lower alkyl; Z is NH or O; R6 is NH2 or lower alkoxy; n is 0-4 integer] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. EXAMPLE:(4R,5R,6S,8R,2'S,4'S)-3-[( 1-Methyl-2-dimethylaminocarbonylpyrrolidin)- 4-ylthio]-4-methyl-6-(1-hydroxyethyl)-1-azabicyclo[3,2,0]hept-2-en-2-o ne-2-carboxylic acid. USE:An antibacterial agent or an intermediate thereof. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula III (R2a is protecting group; L is reactive ester of OH) is reacted with a compound (hydrochloride when R3b is lower alkyl) shown by formula IV (Yb is group shown by formula II or ZCOR6; R3b is each group in R3 except H) in an inert solvent in the presence of a base to give a compound shown by formula V among compounds shown by formula I. |
