<p>The appts. comprises a float (23) on the surface of the condensate in a suitable reservoir (17) moving in vertical guides. A permanent magnet (24) attached to the float (23) operates magnetic switches (31a,31b) at predetermined levels. The magnetic switches (31a,31b) are enclosed in sealed ampoules, mounted horizontally and parallel, adjacent to the track of the moving magnet and are separated vertically so that they operate at different levels of liquid in the reservoir. The switches control the operation of a drainage pump (9) which switches on when the condensate reaches an upper, maximum level and switches off when the condensate reaches a lower, minimum level.</p> |
