<p>The joint for an electrical connector comprises a box element (1) offering a seating (11) which is intended to receive a female housing element. The box (1) comprises two parallel conduits (24) extending perpendicularly which are intended to receive a key (4) controlling the insertion of the female housing element (3). An elastic joint (60) formed by a sleeve provides rings which are mounted around the skirt of the male element. The rings cooperate with the internal surface of a cavity (36) in the female housing.
