PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of reading a credit card at a subscriber terminal, to process a subscriber registration request on line and to enable immediate use. CONSTITUTION:User terminals 20 installed in a rental company 100 and a mass- market store 200 are connected through a data transmission network 18. A network means 10 is provided with a credit card charging service management means 28 and a credit card charging processing means 38. The credit card charge service management means 28 registers a credit card member 56 with the subscriber number 54 of a radio mobile terminal to a data base 40 at the time of receiving the subscriber registration request of credit card charge service from the user terminal 20. The credit card charge processing means 38 retrieves the credit card member number 56 of the data base 40 by the subscriber number 54 and prepares credit withdrawal information for a call setting request from the registered radio mobile terminal 50. |
