NEW VIRUS CUMC-90H1

摘要

The new Hanta virus CUMC-90H1 KFCC 10762 (I) is isolated from the patients of hemorrhagic fever renal syndrome. (I) has 90-110 nm virion, single stranded RNA of 2.7 x 10 power 6 dalton of L, 1.2 x 10 power 6 dalton of M and 0.6 x 10 power 6 of S genes. The polarity of RNA is negative. (I) has 5-10 nm spikes and G1 and G2 type of glycoproteins on the outermemberane. (I) forms 10 power 7.5 PFU/ml for 18 days culture on Vero E6 cell line. (I) does not react with hybridoma 16E8, 16F9 to 76-118. These characts. are different from known virus as Habtan virus 76-118 and Seoul virus 80-39. (I) are useful for antigen preparation.
