PURPOSE:To make it possible to mount easily and simply a support metal fitting, which is designed to suspend and support equipment, to a reinforcing rib of a deck plate in a building with one touch of operation. CONSTITUTION:A pair of clamping claws, which are biased in the closing direction by a spring 7, are supported on a metal fitting main body 1 in such a fashion that they are opened and closed freely. When the metal fitting main body 1 is mounted to a reinforcing rib 101, the paired clamping claws will be supported freely. When the mounting operation is ended, an inclined engaged face 52 of the paired clamping claws will clamp the reinforcing rib 101 elastically so that the support metal fitting may be fixed with the reinforcing rib 101. |
