PURPOSE:To provide compact installation structure of a driving device for a vehicle avoiding interference with a suspension device and a rear differential device and to effectively reduce squat, roll, etc., of a car body. CONSTITUTION:A pair of trailing links 18a, 18b extending roughly in the longitudinal direction on both side parts of a car body on a suspension device and front end parts of which are connected to a car body side member is provided on a vehicle furnished with a rear differential device 15 to drive a rear wheel and trailing type suspension devices 17a, 17b to suspend the rear wheel, and suspension arms 21a, 21b are jointed. Additionally, these suspension arms 21a, 21b and the rear differential device 15 are connected to each other by a mount member 27. In this case, a connecting point D of the suspension arms 21a, 21b and the rear differential device on the mount member is positioned separated forward by a specified distance from a connecting point A of a car body side member of the trailing links 18a, 18b. The connecting point D can roughly coincide with the connecting point A.
