PURPOSE:To provide an electric vehicle with practicality equivalent to or better than that of a gasoline automobile or a Diesel automobile by feeding power to the electric automobile through a conduction plate or a rail laid covering the upper room of a road. CONSTITUTION:Conduction plates (1), (2) are installed overhead above a road while corresponding with two electrodes. An electric automobile extends current collectors (3), (4), (5), (6) to the conduction plates. The current collectors (3), (5) touch the conduction plate 1 whereas the current collectors (4), (6) touch the conduction plate 2 thus feeding power. When the current collectors touch the two electrodes of the conduction plates, as shown in the Figure, power can be fed to the electric automobile where a motor is operated or a battery is charged.
