Antiviral guanine analogs

摘要

A series of guanine analogs having the basic structures of <IMAGE> <IMAGE> and physiological salts thereof. Also disclosed are a variety of the use of the compounds as a composition with a physiological carrier or in combination therapy with acyclovir, HBG and ganciclovir in the treatment of viral disease.
